Family Events
The Bear Creek School School community believes that family engagement is an important part of every child's educational experience. Throughout the school year, Bear Creek hosts a variety of events that encourage families to connect with teachers, celebrate student learning, and participate in the life of our school.

Upcoming Family Events
Open House
Date: August 27, 2026, from 2-3:30 p.m.
This event is for students in grades 3-5 and their families. It includes self-guided tours of the school and an opportunity to meet the faculty and administration.
Back-to-School Night (Fifth Grade Only)
Date: September 3, 2026, from 5-6 p.m.
Provides an opportunity to meet teachers, learn about classroom expectations, explore the school, and receive important information to help your child have a successful year.

Band Holiday Concert

Combined Chorus & Orchestra Holiday Concert
Date: January 14, 2027, beginning at 7 p.m. (Elizabethtown Area High School Auditorium)
Students from across the District will perform in this combined chorus and orchestra holiday concert celebrating the musical accomplishments of our young performers.
